For those not in the AF circle - this a fun nite out for a gud cause. Yvonne a very good friend of a lot of people sadly passed away last year. She was a mother of a very young faily so this nite is to try and make things a little easy for them. We also get a chance to get together and have a great laugh.
On the night hotel will cost €80pps, which includes 4 course meal in a private function room for the group.
Entertainment on the night will be supplied by the Hotel in the form of a live band. Followed by the usual Karaoke session. Late residents bar is the norm here (in the country doesn't really close...lol).
A bumper raffle will be held on the night, some of the prizes include a commissioned oil painting, commissioned piece of jewelry and sports memorabilia. A full list will be confirmed closer to the time.
On Saturday the following is available:
Beautiful walk in the Glen of Aherlow and towards Galtee mountains. Or if walking not your scene, there is an Equestrian centre close to the hotel, where I have secured an hours ride out, if there is enough interest. There will be a minimal cost for this....
Following all the exertions, the Spa centre at Ballykisteen is amazing - all the details on the website but some treatments include Hot Stone massages, back massages and leg/foot rubs to name but a few.
All times for dinner when the party starts and activities will be confirmed closer to the time - so watch this space.
Supporter tickets in the form of a book mark are also avaialble for those who would like to help but are unable to come, these are €10 each. THe picture will be part of this bookmark.

The hotel has been moved to Limerick due to extravagant prices Ballykisteen were charging. The nite will now be held in the Clarion Suites Ennis Road, Limerick. There are two Clarions in Limerick, we will be at the Ennid Road one. When you ring hotel make sure that it is the hotel with the Ardhu bar on the grounds, also it is near the Gaelic Grounds and the Jetland shopping centre.

I have attached the contact details for the hotel above, the booking reference is O'Donnell group. We are staying in the suites so there is a couple of options.
all suites are two bed suites and the accomdation cost is 99 euro, so if u want a suite alone the entire cost of the nite is 135 euro, this includes room, dinner and champagne reception in Angel lane Limerick.
Another option is to take a room in a suite this will cost 49 euro and 35 euro for the remainder of the nite.
And finally if you have four sharing a suite the cost of room is 25 per person and 35 per person for the rest of the night.
